Welcome to Servzo, a unit of ASJAMS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing our website or booking a repair service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Service Terms

We provide out-of-warranty, private repair services for televisions. A standard visiting/inspection charge is applicable once the technician arrives at your premises, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the major repair or part replacement.

2. Cost Estimates and Payments

The estimated cost shown on our website is for general understanding. The final repair cost will be provided by the technician after physically diagnosing the appliance. Payment must be made directly to the technician or the official company account upon completion of the service.

3. Parts and Warranty

• Any spare parts replaced during the repair process are strictly charged as per market rates.
• We offer a limited service warranty on the specific parts replaced by our technicians. The duration of this warranty will be mentioned on your service invoice.
• The warranty is void in cases of physical damage, liquid damage, power fluctuations, or if the appliance is tampered with by a third party post-repair.

4. Liability & Safety

Our technicians take utmost care while handling your devices. However, ASJAMS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED will not be held responsible for unforeseen hardware failures or data loss during the inspection or repair process of fragile components (like TV display panels).

5. Digital Assets Management

All online promotions, Google Ads, website design, and digital footprint management are handled by our digital partner, Ads Web Lab. Any grievances related to physical services must be directed to Servzo's customer support line, not to the marketing agency.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
